[b]1. Q: Fail to charge / the screen does not light on while charging(H12s/H12 Pro/H12 Dual/H12 Pro FlexReach/H13 Pro/H14/H14 Pro)
A:Please follow these steps for further troubleshooting:
1. Place the vacuum on the base and check if you hear the voice prompt "charging starts" and see the charging indicator light on screen flashing like a small lightning bolt, along with a battery percentage display.
2. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to the socket. It is recommended to re-dock the vacuum and try again.
3. Check for water or dirt on the pins of the charging base and the charging contacts at the bottom of the vacuum. If present, wipe them clean and check again.
4. If the vacuum has just run out of battery, the battery may be hot. To prolong battery life, it may temporarily fail to charge or charge slowly. Please wait for the battery to cool down and then resume normal charging.
[b]2. Q:Too Much Water Flow Out/Does Not Absorb Water/ Weak suction
A:Check the Roller Brush and Filter: Ensure that the roller brush and filter are not too wet. It’s recommended to dry both after each use.
New Roller Brush: If you recently replaced the roller brush, it might have loose bristles initially, and water may not be absorbed efficiently during the first few minutes of use. This should improve after about 2 minutes of operation.
If the roller brush has been used for a long time, its diameter might have reduced, leading to decreased water absorption. It’s recommended to replace the roller brush every 3-6 months.
Check Roller Brush Installation: Make sure the roller brush is clean, not too wet, and properly installed. Clean the roller brush if necessary and reinstall it.
Clean the Main Suction Inlet and Pipe: Use the cleaning brush to clean the main suction inlet and pipe of the device.
Proper Scraper Use: The scraper located at the rear bottom of the device is designed to wipe water when the device is pushed forward. Pulling the device backward may cause water to be left behind as the scraper doesn’t wipe in reverse. For best results, make sure your last action is pushing forward, not pulling back. Also, clean at a slower speed to allow maximum water recovery. If there is too much water on the floor, consider switching to water absorption mode.
[b]3. Q:Clean water tank leaks
A: Please follow these steps for further troubleshooting:
1. Remove the clean water tank and fill it with clean water. After drying the exterior, check if it is still leaking. If it is, please take a video for confirmation.
2. If the clean water tank itself is not leaking, ensure it is properly installed. We recommend re-installing the clean water tank correctly.
3. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check if the spring at the water outlet on the bottom of the clean water tank is functioning properly. If necessary, refer to the attached video and reset the spring by pressing it lightly by hand.
[b]4. Q: prompts lack of water while clean water tank is full
A: Please make sure that the amount of water in the water tank is sufficient and fill up the water tank with water, and then turn on the machine and tilt it to re-operate, wait for a few seconds to see if it is eliminated;
Please remove the water tank and press the water outlet valve at the bottom of the water tank to see if it drips(according to the following picture and video, if it does not drip, replace the water tank;
If it drips, then send the machine for repair.
[b]5. Q: report dirty water tank is full when it's empty
A: 1. Please try to use a small cleaning tool(cloth) to carefully clean the electrode sheet of the water level sensor located in the dirty tank cover, Additionally, ensure that the filter element is kept clean and dry.
[b]6. Q: Roller brush can not work.
A: 1. Please check if the roller brush is installed correctly, making sure that one end of the roller brush is properly aligned with the motor. The shaft of the roller brush should be fully inserted and fitted against the motor arm, as shown in the image.
2. Please detach the roller brush cover and the roller brush, then restart the machine to check if the drive block rotates. If it does not rotate, it indicates an internal hardware issue with the machine, please sent for repair.
2. If the drive block rotates, please press against the drive block with your hand(tool) and restart the machine to see if the drive block will still rotate. If it does not rotate, then there is a problem with the drive block, and it needs to be sent for repair.
3. If the drive block still normally rotates, try replacing the roller brush.
