I’m reaching out because my Dreame L10s Pro Ultra keeps displaying a message asking me to add detergent, even though the detergent tank is full.
I have only been using the exclusive Dreame detergent and have made sure the tank is properly inserted and seated. I’ve also cleaned the contact points and restarted the device, but the issue continues.
Has anyone had any similar issues? It’s been only 5 days
Regarding your problem, you can try the following:
Check whether the cleaning liquid box can discharge liquid normally (you can try shaking it manually), and then check whether it is properly docked. If the above operations do not work, please contact after-sales service for repair
