L40 ultra is not emptying dustbin often enough

I have the settings set to empty the dustbin at high frequency, but it doesn't do it every time it cleans the mops pads. We have dogs that shed so it becomes filled pretty quickly (even though we vacuum every day). When it gets clogged it leaves dirt and furballs. Is there a way to force it to empty the dustbin during every mop cleaning?

The attached picture is after cleaning 1 room and right before a mop cleaning. It didn't empty the waste bin and just went to the next room.

Update: the second picture is after it attempted to empty the dustbin for the first time but it was too clogged to do it. FYI, I had just cleaned the filter and dustbin before this clean.

How come the L10 Ultra won’t go over floor register vents? Are there any that it will go over?

Regarding your problem, we recommend that you do the following:

1. It is recommended that the dust collection frequency be set to the intelligent mode.

2. If the problem still cannot be solved, you can clean the room multiple times and perform multiple cleaning tasks, one cleaning task for each room (the dust collection frequency is set to collect dust once each task is performed)

Why can’t you guys push updated software to l40 as mine it totally sucks just not even vacuuming at full power , rotating in the same place for past 10 min in a single room cleaning and many more and i think it would be better if it has the latest version or at least something near to latest version you guys have
