Not emptying dirty water into dirty water bin

My x30 ultra most of the time won’t suck the dirty water into dirty bin

Regarding your problem, we recommend that you do the following checks:

1. Check if the sewage tank cover is not closed properly

2. Please clean the bottom of the base station.

3. Operate the manual mop wash function in the APP to see if the sewage can be pumped out normally.
