Vacuum used to vacuum large high pile area rug now it won’t. We have remapped the house entirely but it still just won’t get up on the carpet/rug area.
I can't even get mine and mapping mode I have tile floors but I do have some rugs the little thing that comes out that sweeps the corners rarely comes out I've tried calling customer service I was on the phone for 2 hours and 15 minutes and then they want me to send it back to them for a refund. I'm not sending anything back until they send me one that works cuz I'm afraid that I'll never get my money back and yes I bought mine on timu what a dummy I am
