Any pet owners here?!

Hello everyone! I recently purchased the Dreame x50 ultra and as I pet owner, I am so so grateful! As a mom of 3 cats, I’ve always struggled with maintaining clean floors for cat hairs and dirty litter tracks but now that I have “Bobo” (the name of our Dreame) I can confidently say I mop/vacuum way less now!

We just got the X50 too, and it’s incredible.
We have four dogs and a cat. We run it every day. The floors are cleaner than ever.
The device is expensive, but well worth it!!❤️

My L40 Ultra doesn't empty the dustbin often enough and it gets so clogged with hair that when it does attempt to empty the bin, the suction isn't strong enough. They need to update the software to have it empty on shorter intervals. I'm curious if you're X50 will have the same issue.

Mine was having an issue with not emptying enough and getting clogged. To solve the I increased the frequency of my cleaning to every night. Has solved the problem. I am a little worried that the x30 will wear out faster but the floors are always clean and no more clogs.

I love my new Ultra 50x.I don't think that my big house has ever been so clean all at the same time We bought it because of my back and knee issues. I keep telling myself, why didn't we do this sooner? I do have a problem though. I have a tiled hallway that's U shaped. How do I program my Dreame to do just that area? My trying to use the zone feature isn't working TYIA

I have the same problem My x50 wont empty dog hair from one cleaning of one room. I would think it would be a simple software task to make empty time selectable by the user. I would like to see at least  every 15 minutes for rooms that need it. EASY SOFTWARE UPDATE.

I have the X50 Ultra. I had to send it in for repair about 6 months after I got it because of a malfunction. The maintenance team told me that they couldn’t fix it and since I bought during the presale and didn’t pay full price that I was not going to get a replacement. Instead they sent me a refurbished replacement. Nothing but problems now. It gets lost. It loses its mop pads often, for no apparent reason. It begins its journey and stops after three minutes to return to base, then charges, goes back to home base after another three minutes….. this machine is a piece of crap!

It’s great when it works but once it malfunctions it’s terrible.  I have 2.  One upstairs one downstairs.  I find the app to be confusing and the daily maintenance to be a lot.  How do you feel about that ?
