Anyone have 2 devices on the same app? [UPDATE- Customer Service quickly reached out via email and told me to just swipe across the app to see other connected devices! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m now a loyal fan and will soon buy a 3rd robot, a pool robot and whatever else they invent - excellent company! And I received NO pressure, request or incentive to give this glowing review!!!!!] original post ->>I got tired of moving my X40 Ultra up and down the stairs so I bought an identical one hoping I could clean both levels of my house at the same time. The app doesn’t seem to allow switching between the 2 robots despite saving the info & settings for both. Seems like it should have an option to toggle between.
When one is selected within the app, the only way to control the other is to “add a device” again and go through the whole “reconnect” setup again. Interestingly, when I rescan the QR code and go through the setup it does remembers the correct floor plan so I don’t have to remap
Has anyone been able to use the app switch between 2 devices for simultaneous operation?
