The robot can’t find the way back to the station

The robot kept repositioning itself and can’t find the way back to recharge

That happened to me yesterday. I finally realized the base wasn’t plugged in.🙄

Regarding your question, we recommend that you follow the following process:

-Please check whether the base station power cord is plugged in properly, turn off the robot and the base station for one minute, then turn it on again and wipe the robot charging plate and base station contact position, then turn on the robot;

-If the above operations still do not work, please contact our after-sales service for repair.
