Hi, I keep getting error messages to check the waste tank but all is cleaned and properly installed. Any one had a similar issue. It is possible that waste water pump is not working??

Please check whether the sewage tank float is floating normally, whether the sewage tank magnet is still there, and whether the magnetism is normal. If everything is normal, please  power off the base station for 2 minutes and then power it on again. If it is still abnormal, please call our aftersales service.

Yea, likely the float is stuck somehow.
