My whole account was wiped out!

My whole account was wiped out.  So I had to sign up again and all the stuff all over.  Now, I get to enter my mobile phone number and it keeps telling me that my number belongs to another account!  Help, what should I do?

Do you mean that your Dreame APP account information has been cleared and you cannot register a new account? Which country are you located in?

If possible, please provide the error information or picture when you registered your account so that we can contact relevant colleagues to help you.
