L20 going a little crazy
So my L20 has been doing pretty good except the past week or so its been taking a lot longer to do its routine (like i have to tell it to stop for the day at 8pm).  Its zigzagging all over the floors, does a decent job on the carpets but i do not know what the issue is.  I clean it every other day.  Ideas?

When I first bought mine months ago it cleaned in rows and worked great. Now it’s like it had an update and has gotten stupid. It does the same thing. Will just stop in a spot for a few minutes, zig zags everywhere, mops carpets, won’t mop tile. I’m very disappointed now. Customer service is useless.
Same problem in one room. And now it lost WiFi and I can’t use it 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
Had to replace my L20 after a year for the same reason. It’s more than like a sensor issue. Still responds to tasks and tries its hardest. But it’s like it’s been blindfolded.
Just wondering, is it best to have the latest software or just disable the auto update since it might ruin what was working earlier?
Have you checked the sensors? Have you been cleaning them the wrong way. This could be the issue. I know I have difficulty walking without my glasses on.
I still have a full cartridge of cleaning solution in my L20 after repeated cleaning sessions

Do you have it set on AI or do you have it set on custom cleaning?
I’m not sure about an L 20 I don’t have an L 20 I have a ultra 50 but it says Rooms clean all our zone if you go to the room and zigzag the first thing I would do would be clean on the sensors once you do that you know you can delete your maps and create a new maps.  Also, for the one that where it was doing vertical or horizontal, you can send that in whether you want it to go vertical or horizontal.
