Is there water in the washboard? Is there dirty water in the used water tank?

Mine has done the same thing and pulling out the dirty water tank and putting it back in making sure it seats correctly has fixed the issue for me

It did the same thing for me until I pushed the dirty and clean container tanks gently down until I hear some air come out and the rubber attachments somewhat reseal and it empties out properly again.

Check the Sewage Outlet:
Please remove the washboard and verify whether the sewage outlet is obstructed. Clean it as necessary .Wipe the overflow sensors located on the washboard .

Inspect the Used Water Tank:

Kindly remove the used water tank and examine it for any loose or soiled sealing rings. Reset and clean them with a cloth .Secure the Used Water Tank Clip:
After emptying the dirty water, please ensure that the clip is fastened and securely in place.Reinstall the Used Water Tank:
Reinsert the used water tank into the base station and gently press down to confirm proper installation.Clean the Base:
Wipe any residual water in the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the washboard, and check if the error persists.
