Had my L20 for 9 months now and something always happens to it.
The most recent issue is now it keeps getting stuck. It says there is an obstacle in the way, but there is nothing in the way. There is plenty of space around the robot. This never happened before.
It gets stuck 1-3 times per vaccum cycle.
Anyone else have this problem?
Super frustrating. Customer service is a nightmare to work with.

I have the Dreame 50.. my question is this.. sometimes it has no problems vacuuming under my sectional at night . Other nights, it gets stuck because the " head" is extended upwards. Any ideas?
Have you made sure to clean all the cameras and sensors? If that doesnt do anything then maybe it has a scratch or something causing it to think that something is in the way sometimes. Does the L20 show you pictures of the obstacles through the app? If it does check to see what the robot sees. For example on my X30 i had a similar problem and it was just detecting a design on the floor as an obstacle so i just made it so it ignores it and fixed the problem. Although in my case, it just went around and didnt clean that spot.
