It does look a bit high so it might get stuck but you can try this and hope that it doesnt. On your map, after its finished cleaning the kitchen, it should show that tbere was an obstacle, look for the obstacle that is in the area of where your mat is, click on it and then click on it again, then look towards the bottom middle it will say ignore obstacle. Then any time it goes through that same spot it should ignore it and clean it. If you have multiple mats or other elevated things that you want it to clean and think it can do so, do the same steps
