1. Please confirm whether the device is far from the router. If so, please bring the device near the router, manually restart the machine and router, and try to manually re-configure the network.
2. If you still cannot connect to wifi, please use another mobile phone to open the hotspot and try to re-configure the network to confirm whether the hotspot can be successfully configured. If the hotspot can be configured normally, there is no problem with the device. If the hotspot is still abnormal, please contact support.na@dreame.tech and provide a fault video.
