Dreame X40 Ultra

I have the Dreame X 40 ultra. How do I have the Dreame vacuum the entire house first. I have carpeting and tile floor. I want to do a dry vacuum of the entire house first, and then go back to the docking station and do a wet mopping in the tile areas only

For this, i would say, do two separate scheduled cleanings, the first one set it to vacuum only the entire house and the next one to mop the rooms with tile only, but set them a few minutes to hours apart depending on how long it takes to finish the first task. The other option is to edit your map and make sure that it shows carpet in the correct areas of your house where there is carpet. If it doesnt show it correctly or missed a few carpet areas then add them manually. Then while on the map, tap one of the carpets-the settings icon that will show- then choose which option you want, which in your case will be the vacuum only option. If you did this correctly then any time it cleans any room it will only vacuum on the rooms or areas with carpet and mop everything else(assuming you started a vac&mop cleaning cycle).

Much simpler than that, just go to your device, then hit the custom button, then select the third icon over, which is mop after vacuum, then hit go

Have a task running so I can’t check, but if I’m not mistaken, if you go to custom cleaning setting and “customize by room” you should be able to set which cleaning is performed per room as well as a few other settings
