Abnormal water levels
On the first time I used it the whole filter area is just basically flooded and I keep getting alert of abnormal high water levels every time I use the mop and it flushes out the water in the system

Check the Sewage Outlet:

Please remove the washboard and verify whether the sewage outlet is obstructed. Clean it as necessary.

Wipe the overflow sensors located on the washboard.

Inspect the Used Water Tank:

Kindly remove the used water tank and examine it for any loose or soiled sealing rings. Reset and clean them with a cloth.
Secure the Used Water Tank Clip:

After emptying the dirty water, please ensure that the clip is fastened and securely in place.

Reinstall the Used Water Tank:

Reinsert the used water tank into the base station and gently press down to confirm proper installation.

Clean the Base:

Wipe any residual water in the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the washboard, and check if the error persists.
