No-go zone for specific rugs

Current carpet settings are universal, which is a pain. My Dreame robot often gets stuck on shaggy rugs – either it can't climb them or lacks power. Having to rescue it is super annoying!
It'd be amazing to set "no-go zones" for specific rugs, like Roomba offers. This would seriously cut down on headaches and make cleaning much smoother. Please consider this feature!

Hello there, you can set the area where the carpet is located as the no-go zone in the Map Management section,and the robot will avoid the carpet while cleaning. You can also manually set carpet areas by tapping Map Management >Carpet >Create a new carpet >Carpet Types >Medium-to-High-Pile Carpet, then adjust the clean methods in“Settings >Carpet Cleaning Settings”
