L40 Ultra Keep Avoiding Carpet

So I have 2 carpet on the floor, the robot failed to recognize one of them, so I manually put it down on the map.

However, the robot will go around the carpet every single time.

What could be the issue here?

Also for another carpet, it only recognizes parts of it, so the carpet boost is not even on when the robot is on it. I have the setting turned on as the side brush will stop and I can hear the suction increased.

I have all the lights turned on to provide maximum light condition

The first one where it doesn’t recognize the carpet or the rug there’s a setting and I believe you would have to do it in customs or you can do it in the intelligent AI cleaning where you can set it to where it will go over the rug it’ll actually put a rug there in its place, but you have to set that to either mop over it like a rug that can be cleaned and have water on it or you can tell it to go around it, which I’m assuming that’s what it said on now it goes around the rug instead of going over it, but it will mop it my rugs in my bathroom I pick up off the floor so that it can just mop the whole bathroom floor I don’t let the vacuum go over those and mop them, but it’s in settings if you’re wanting it to mop over it you just need to set the settings to where it will mop over the rug. I hope that makes sense sometimes this stuff can get too technical lol

So I actually want the robot to vacuum it, instead of mop it. And I’ve set no mopping zones over these two rugs. The problem is the robot will just still go around the carpet each time in vacuum mo

You’ve told her to go around the rugs you put down that’s in settings. You have to tell it to go over it, but if that’s in your settings, it would be under click on the room where you put the map down and the second three little bars to the side that’ll bring up the screen that shows you where it says carpet click on the carpets that you lay down and it’ll ask you if it’s short pile or medium or hot pile and then it’ll take you to Where you can outside more settings you click on that and that’ll take you to where you can go around it the rugs go over them or whether you can mop them and again I hope that makes sense. I have two ultra 50s and I got mine to where they both work fine in my house finally I’ve had every setting on the out 50 open and I love them now that I’ve got them going correct.
