Are y’all adding a solution to your water? Most combo’s we looked at said to use that brands designated cleaner, but my booklet doesn’t show anything about adding cleaner. But I also don’t think it gets hot enough to disinfect and clean the floor thoroughly. So what does everyone do/use?

What model is your machine?

If it is a robot vacuum cleaner, you can refer to the ratio of 1:200 to mix the cleaning liquid and water (the same for all vacuum cleaners, 1 for cleaning liquid and 200 for water).

If it is a wet &dry vacuum：

The cleaning liquid ratio for H14 and H14 Pro is 1:200 in milliliters (ml). This means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning liquid with 200 ml of water.

The cleaning liquid ratio for other models is 1:50 in milliliters (ml). This means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning liquid with 50 ml of water.
