Hi I’m a week into ownership of our X40 Ultra and the past 2 days it won’t charge and showing offline. When I disconnect and reconnect the vacuum to the base, it’ll get to 76% charge and no further. When I tell it to clean, it will clean mop pads and go offline.
WiFi is connected on all other devices, not sure what to do here. Will return if not resolved quickly.

To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Confirm that the charging dock/base station is connected to power. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are correctly plugged in.
2. Check the power indicator: it should flash white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged. Once fully charged, restart the robot and check if it functions properly.
3. Clean the charging contacts on both the charging base and the robot to ensure good contact during charging.
