Alexa won’t sync Shared Devices - Questions&Feedback - Dreame Forum

My husband shared 2 vacuum cleaner devices with me, they appear on the app but when I link my account to the Alexa skill, Alexa is not able to see the shared devices. Works fine and connect to Alexa from my husband account but won’t connect with mine because they have been shared with me.

According to your description, the problem you may encounter is caused by the fact that the user and the shared user are not logged in to the same server.

To solve this problem, we suggest that you take the following actions:

1.Adjust regional settings : Please make sure that you and the shared user set the "Region" to the same country or region in the APP. You can find this setting in the location shown in the figure below.
