My detergent option has not worked since I’ve had this machine for about six months. It says detergent installation error, but I don’t know how you could put it in wrong? Has this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it?
1. **Wipe the contacts of the cleaning liquid tank**:
- Open the cleaning liquid tank and use a clean cloth to gently wipe the two contacts inside the cleaning liquid tank to ensure that there is no dirt or residue affecting the connection.
2. **Power off and restart the base station**:
- Unplug the power adapter of the base station and completely power off for 2 minutes. You can wait during this period to ensure that the base station is completely stopped.
3. **Power on again**:
- After 2 minutes, plug the base station power adapter back in and turn on the power.
4. **Reinstall the cleaning liquid box**:
- Reinstall the cleaning liquid box, make sure it is installed in place, and check if there is a sound prompt.
5. **Observe the prompt information**:
- Observe whether the device still prompts "Installation failed".
