Regarding your problem, we recommend that you do the following:

1. Please try to use your mobile phone to open the hotspot to connect to the network. If the hotspot can connect to the network normally, it may be a problem with the settings of your home router. Is your WiFi encryption method this: WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK

2. If you still cannot connect to the network using the mobile phone hotspot, please try another mobile phone. If it still doesn't work, please contact (support.na@dreame.tech) for support.
