Unable to connect

I connected my D10 Plus Gen 2 and performed a mapping and cleaning. After the robot returned to the base, it disconnected and cannot be reconnected. It says, “Unable to connect.”

Please try restarting the machine and re-connecting to the network. Try using the mobile phone to connect to the network through the hotspot. If the hotspot can connect to the network normally, it should be a problem with the settings of the router at home. Is your WiFi encryption method this: WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK

If you still cannot connect to the network using the mobile phone hotspot, please try using another mobile phone to connect to the network. If it still doesn't work, please contact (support.na@dreame.tech) for further support.
