I connected my D10 Plus Gen 2 and performed a mapping and cleaning. After the robot returned to the base, it disconnected and cannot be reconnected. It says, “Unable to connect.”

Please try restarting the machine and re-connecting to the network. Try using the mobile phone to connect to the network through the hotspot. If the hotspot can connect to the network normally, it should be a problem with the settings of the router at home. Is your WiFi encryption method this: WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK
