L10s gen2

My brand new L10s gen2 is keep getting offline and i have to reconnect every time. My router is right next to the base and has a strong connection. Firmware is updated. Does anyone else have the same problem and how to fix it??

I suggest to examine your WiFi map. This map illustrates the signal strength around the house. Also, sometimes these problems are related to your Internet Service Provider. For example, some times I lose connection when working remotely on my work laptop while my home PC is "OK." This is because the activity being done from the work computer is more sensitive to minute interruptions of service.

If this happens often, I suggest to ask your ISP to check your service and hardware. You would be surprised the things a technician will find wrong that impacts quality of service.

1. Please use your mobile phone to open the hotspot to try to connect to the network. If the hotspot can connect to the network normally, it should be a problem with the settings of your home router. Please confirm whether the WiFi encryption method is this: WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK

2. If you still cannot connect to the network using the mobile phone hotspot, please try to use another mobile phone to connect to the network.
