When i use the mop feature you can ser that there is just a small strip of wetness. It seems like the entire mop pad isn't mopping even though the entire mop pad will be wet. I thought it used to get the entire robot underneath wet and mop but now just have i small strip and it seems like it is missing a lot of mopping the floor. I have a fairly new robot. I thought something may be clogged but not a clue.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
1. Open the app and go to "Go to Device > Self-cleaning Settings > Clean Mop Pad" to re-clean the mop pad. Repeat this step if necessary for better results.
2. To improve the cleaning effect, please add Dreame's officially approved cleaning agent.
3. (Except W10 series) Remove the mop pad and wash it manually.
4. Please check whether the water spray port at the bottom of the base station is blocked. Please clean the bottom of the base station and the water spray port at the bottom, and restart the mop washing task to see if the mop is properly wetted.
