[X50 Ultra] ABNORMAL WATER LEVEL IN THE WASHBOARD

ABNORMAL WATER LEVEL IN THE WASHBOARD - Consistently errors out every time mop pads try to clean.  States "abnormal water level in the wash board".  Waste water area is full of water and indeed overflowing.

We've cleaned all recommended places including the drainage spots.  Waste bins are flushed and all connections look good.  Nothing plugged up.

Any recommendations for fixing this?  NEW DEVICE. 1 month old

Dear user,

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

To troubleshoot the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. **Check the Waste Tank**:

- Remove the waste tank and inspect the sealing ring for any deformities or improper installation . If it is deformed or not properly installed, reset the sealing ring manually. If the waste tank is broken, please contact us.

2. **Reinstall the Waste Tank**:

- Ensure the waste tank is in normal condition. Secure the cover of the waste tank, reinstall it, and press down to ensure it is correctly positioned.

3. **Clean the Washboard**:

- Press the clips on both sides of the washboard to remove it. Pour out any wastewater and check if the filter is clogged. If so, clean it.

4. **Dry the Base**:

- Wipe any residual water in the base with a dry cloth. Reinstall the washboard and secure the clips on both sides (refer to attached video).

5. **Test the System**:

- Using the app, click "clean mop pad" and check if the error persists.
