When the robot is docked it makes the mechanicsl noise every 2 minutes or so, by moving the mop arm far out and back, machine is 3 days old, literally brand new, i put on the mop pads and it still does it, now more loud

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Please check if the side brush is deformed or entangled with foreign objects. If the side brush is deformed, we recommend replacing it with a new one. If foreign objects (such as power or charging cables) are entangled in the side brush or roller brush, please remove the brush and clean it thoroughly.
It looks completely clean, nothing entangled its 3 days old, I cleaned whole robot unit as well, not sure why is this happening i tried powering it off completely as well as station it didnt help
