Moping carpet

Why does my vacuum mop one carpet but not the other? Obviously I don’t want it to mop either. But they are both marked at carpet on the maps.

I just got mine set up yesterday so im no help. can you tell from the map that it did mop and not just vacuum? Or are you going by what you saw?

Your problem may be caused by the carpet being too thin. If you don't want the device to clean the carpet, it is recommended that you add a restricted area in the carpet area to avoid it.
