[L10s Ultra] Cannot find water tank, leaks

Hi! I bought an l10s but it came without the detergent bottle. I set it up otherwise and it was not pulling water when I wanted to mop, showed 'clean water tank not installed', so I primed the inlet tube with a syringe so at least up to the inlet I saw no air bubbles. I then tried the self cleaning and water came out the bottom and back (dangerous!!) as well. Does this model not work without the detergent bottle installed? Is mine defective and should I return it? Water out the power plug was scary...

We would like to confirm with you whether your clean water tank can perform normal mopping tasks after installation. If it cannot perform normal mopping tasks, we need to confirm whether the water tank does not discharge water during mopping or the mop does not turn during mopping. If the water tank does not discharge water, we recommend that you clean the water outlet of the water tank.
