- If there is any debris, clean it with scissors or your hands to ensure that the side brush can rotate normally.

- Also check if there is any foreign matter entangled in the main brush.
- Remove any entangled material and clean the main brush.
2. **Restart the robot**
- After cleaning, restart the robot. Usually you can restart by long pressing the power button of the robot.
- Restart the task and observe if there is still abnormal sound.
3. **Clean the Mop Pad Holder**
- If the abnormality still exists after restarting, it is recommended to check and clean the mop holder.
- Make sure that there is no foreign matter blocking the mop holder and its connecting parts, and clean any attached dirt or residue, which may also cause noise problems.
