Worst customer service
I ordered the X50 ultra on Amazon, and after a week it’s started saying washboard full please clear and try again. Apparently this is common, and they agreed to send a return label. I live in Hawaii they continue to send me ground labels which obviously isn’t an option from here. I have told
Them and they keep sending the same response and label. Pretty sure man hours at this point cost more than the other shipping label. I mean I’ll pay the difference to get it repaired if I can ever speak to a person!!!! I even ordered another because I loved it so much and so far so good no problems, but doesn’t help with the 1300 sitting in a box waiting for repairs. Do better Dreams!
