Has anyone else encountered an issue where their L 10 S ultra robot vacuum gets stuck at the docking station and makes a weird humming sound? I press play to clean on the app but all it does is say “start cleaning”. It stays at the docking station and doesn’t move. It even has a hard time finding the base station and it gives up after roaming the house looking for it. I already did the Allstate warranty service a week ago and they claimed to have fixed it but it still doesn’t work.
