Brand new a week old. Ran over dog poop which it’s supposed to detect and I had to clean it like it says. Now won’t work. They keep giving me the runaround with tech support saying they’re “escalating” the situation. Been almost a week and no solution. I just want to return it and they’re giving me a run around. Horrible service
So, I’m with you- if you have a week old machine that claims to avoid dog poop and it didn’t and now it’s broke, they should send you a new one and pick up the old one. I do however have a quick question, do have the camera activated? I was initially annoyed with the first 2 floor cleans not getting the floors very clean. I was going to have to go over with a mop or hands and knees. But then I decided to try the camera and see what happened. The robot seems to do a much better job now of identifying what it should do in the space and doesn’t miss as much and doesn’t hit things or roll over things at all.
Yes the camera is on. It just ran right over and it and smeared all over my floors. I took out the battery and cleaned it all by hand and now only turns on at the dock then goes offline. When I reset
