I recently opened my dreame app on iOS and both my devices are gone. I’ve logged out and back in, but it shows me nothing. On my wife’s phone, whom I had shared the devices to, everything shows up and is working properly.
1. Switch region: You can switch the region of the APP device to Europe (Me-->Settings-->General-->Region)
2. Enable whitelist: If the above operation fails, please provide the SN number of your device and we will help you add it to the whitelist. After adding it to the whitelist, try again.
