Hello, I recently purchased the X50 ultra. It did an okay job mapping the area however it is missing a lot of places for it to clean / mop. Mapping also added multiple rooms I don’t even know where to start.
It did not clean under the kitchen cabinets / island however went near there. It does fit underneath with plenty of room. How can I correct this? It also didn’t clean near the stove.

When the robot was mapping, was the bottom area of the furniture mapped normally?
If the mapping was mapped normally, please provide a complete video of the robot being unable to enter for cleaning, and provide a measurement photo of the height of the bottom of the furniture. (Please contact support.na@dreame.tech)
The bottom height of the furniture that the robot can support cleaning is recommended to be at least 13cm.
