Doesn't clean other rooms

Solution: Power off/reset by pressing power button for 10 seconds. Then power on.

Problem: Using clean genius or custom and telling it to clean all rooms, would only clean 1/2 of one room and complete the cleaning cycle. There are a total 5 rooms. First time this happened but the solution appears to have corrected the problem for now.

Yes, you can try to reset the robot and continue to observe whether the machine will be abnormal.

If it is still abnormal:

1. Please indicate which specific cleaning task the robot missed.

2. We need you to provide a screenshot of the corresponding APP cleaning record and circle the room that was missed.

3. Please provide the robot's SN & Dreame home ID & robot firmware version & APP version.
