Side brush error
Hello, I have the L10s Ultra and keep receiving the “side brush tangled” error but nothing is ever tangled. It disrupts my cleaning cycle at least twice if not up to 5 times each time I’m using it. It’s really frustrating and I’d like a solution to it.
It’s been doing this since I first got the vacuum in December.

I would just do a factory reset.. that has worked for me,
Does the factory reset delete the map of my house ?

Regarding your issue, please refer to the following operations:

1. Upgrade the robot firmware to the latest version.

2. Turn the robot over and remove the side brush.

Use scissors, tweezers or special tools to clean any tangled hair, thread ends or other foreign objects.

3. Restart the robot and perform the task again.

4. If the above method does not work, please contact support.na@dreame.tech to arrange a repair.

These robovacs are useless, i have a month old vacuum and its not cleaning by the wall edges, staying 3-4 inch away from walls . I reached out to customer service and they tried to troubleshoot but didnt work so they offered me free repair.it is ridiculous, to repair a robovac in month amd that is why i dont fall for these cheap brands i never heard.

- If the buttons do not respond or the device cannot be shut down, please open the top cover and press the system reset button (reset) for more than 10 seconds to restore the host to factory settings.
