X40 not showing up in app

My X40 isn’t showing up in the Dreame app as one of my devices. How do I troubleshoot this?

I have the same issue, both my robot vacuums are gone from the app.

Mine still shows up in the share section, but I can't actually use the robot since it's not in the main section

Same thing on mine. I tried adding it again and it’s not adding.
