I received notice this morning on my iPhone that my robot had finished its cleaning task, so I clicked the notification and then deleted it from the app. After deleting the notification I noticed that there were no robots set up in the app any longer when there were 2 previously, my L10s Ultra and L20 Ultra. I did not delete these so there appears to be something wrong with the app. Note that I am still logged in to my account in the app.
Why did my robot vacuums disappear from the app?

Same thing for me as well... finished it's task and it's no longer showing in the app and also when I try to add it again it says it's connected to the network but fails to show in the app.
