Thought this was going to be a life changer compared to my Shark but haven't had much success. Battery life seems to be just ok and it seems the cleaning method is random and erratic. Woke up today with a notice that the mop heads coupd not be installed for its scheduled cleaning (which has happened every time I've attemtped to mop. Installed them manually and went back in to the app to push the cleaning, to my surprise the Vacuum was gone from the app. When i set the vacuum up, i made sure to configure my router so this received a 2.4 signal only. Attempting to reconnect the X50, i keep geeting just a Failed message even though the robot and the setup initial show as successful.
Hang in there. It is a game changer. They must have pushed out an update and it glitched. I’m glad I thought to check the forum and find out it wasn’t just my X40 on the fritz.
