Product not showing up in the app

I have tried adding 5x and it isn’t appearing in the app. Seems like a problem as others have reported the same thing.

Have the same problem. If you need to access the robot i figured out you can go to one of your notifications, click it and it’ll bring you to your robot commands.

I followed your recommendation. And clicked one of notifociatik. And it was able to add my device to app!
