Found a work around for those of you having the same issue. If you have recently done a cleaning, in your messages you should still be able to access the device by clicking recent cleaning

I think I figured it out. I went on the app cleared the cache deleted the app from my phone reinstalled it and my robot showed up once I signed it back in
