[L40 Ultra] Device disappeared from the app.

My L40 ultra is not showing up on the app so I can’t use it. Is this a reoccurring problem?  If so, I may consider returning it

I thought it was me. Our network went down last night and thought this was just a reset. Went through the steps, scanned barcode and connected to WiFi….and nothing
