[X50 Ultra] Where did my device go?

Received my first Dreame yesterday and already it has disappeared from the app.  I hope I don’t have to repeatedly add this device anew going forward.

Hello, we are sorry for the bad experience. This problem may be caused by server fluctuations, and we are dealing with it urgently. The server has now returned to normal. Please check.
