This morning the app appeared to have disconnected my robot vac. So I added it again to the app but it still didn’t show up.
I went to messages in the app and I didn’t have any because I had re-added the robot vac.
So I manually pressed the center button (on the vacuum) to get it to clean and then after a few minutes I manually pressed the home button (on the vacuum) and sent it home. It then sent me a message in the app.
Click the message and it should bring up all your info!
The only thing that works for me was to clear the cachet in the app then delete the app completely from my phone reinstall it sign in and my vacuum was right back where it should be and working fine
