I have had my vacuum for only 3 months and all of a sudden is stopped emptying in the bag. I keep it clean, the bag is new and I have to manually empty the container inside the vacuum. I need help with this problem.
Regarding your issue, we recommend that you do the following:
1. Please confirm whether the "auto empty" function on the APP is turned on normally. If it is turned on normally, please check the frequency setting of "auto empty" and set it to 1 time.
2. Verify whether the device is in Do Not Disturb mode when "auto empty" does not work. If the device is in Do Not Disturb mode, "auto empty" will not be performed.
3. After completing the above checks, please restart the cleaning task (Vacuum). After the test task is completed, confirm whether the base station performs "auto empty" normally. If the base station performs "auto empty" normally, it means that its function is normal.
4. It may be because the dust box of your device is full of garbage, which makes it impossible to collect dust smoothly. It is recommended to clean the dust box and filter regularly.
