Issue with single room cleaning

When I select a single room to clean, the robot exits the docking station and goes back with an error stating unable to reach room please remove obstacles. I literally have this placed in the middle of our hallway with nothing obstructing it. Very frustrating

Regarding your problem, we suggest you try:

Wipe the camera.

Then you may need to send your problem video, SN, UID to support.na@dreame.tech for further troubleshooting.
